Therapy with me is a way to create changes through psychological, emotional, and soul-based healing, while moving from isolation to connection. Healing is possible through sharing your stories and better understanding patterns that affect you personally and in your relationships.
Working with systemic care involves understanding how systems of oppression influence our personal, collective, and political lives. In our work together, we will tend to core wounds that can become rigid and stuck within the nervous system, replicating the very systems that oppress and suppress our most authentic selves.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience in the mental health field, with availability in-person at my office in Costa Mesa, or virtually for anyone located in California. I am also a sex therapist offering relational sex therapy under AASECT supervision. AASECT stands for The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists.

I often work with neurodivergent-folks, ADHD, OCD, complex trauma, intergenerational family work, non-traditional relationships, grief, anxiety, sex therapy, and couple and family therapy. As well as LGBTQ+, diaspora, immigrant, and refugee communities.

My additional offerings include compassion-based practices through writing and poetry, meditation, and somatic tools.
Utilizing a blend of insight-oriented therapy with storytelling seeks your values, perspectives, and lived experiences. I hold passion and respect for decolonial ethnography and deepening of roots as an act of love and liberation.
